We are committed to leveraging our business as a force for good by donating portions of every sale to trusted mental health charities in Orlando, Florida. Through this model, we aim not only to bring meaningful products into people’s lives, but also to contribute to the vital work of supporting mental health awareness, access, and resources within our community.

CB began sketching the PosiPeeps characters back in middle school, doodling on his school notebooks and any scrap of paper with his cheerful creations.
In his 20s, while working on a children’s crisis unit in the mental health field, he used those same characters to encourage and uplift those residing there, rewarding kids for kindness, effort, or simply keeping a clean room. Through every chapter of life, CB held fast to one belief: positivity is powerful.
Even in the face of hardship, he found strength in choosing joy and resilience. Over the years, he continued to share that energy through handmade cards, collages, and original artwork gifted to friends and family. Now, through the PosiPeeps brand, CB and Zachary are spreading the message of Love, Joy, and Positivity to the world—one drawing, one smile, one story, and one meaningful connection at a time.

Zachary Bergeman
Managing Director
Zachary Bergeman is a Florida-born musician and educator dedicated to inspiring others through music, positivity, and artistic expression. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Music Education, he currently serves as Director of Orchestra, Chorus, and Guitar in the Orange County Public School System in Orlando, FL.
With over a decade of musical training and experience performing in ensembles ranging from orchestras to bands, Zachary has built his career around helping students discover their own passion for music and self expression. Alongside teaching, he is now the managing director of Posi Peeps, focused on spreading positivity and supporting the community for both children and adults.
Whether in the classroom, on stage, or through his work in the community, Zachary’s mission is to use creativity and encouragement to help others grow, thrive, and find joy in their own journey.
