True to her word, Dayneshia never makes a promise she can’t keep. When making a commitment she takes into consideration any other responsibilities or obligations before agreeing to it. She understands that when her friends ask her to lunch, that they are clearing their schedule too. Dayneshia is not a yes-woman, she knows her limits and boundaries and wont put herself or anyone out due to not checking her schedule first. When you know you’re going to need some support, Dayneshia will find room in her schedule for you. And when everyone else bailed on your birthday dinner, Dependable Dayneshia came on time, and with a present too!

She knows what it’s like to be let down, to be lied to, and to be bailed on. From uncaring boyfriends who made more promises than they could keep, and employees who always had an excuse as to why they were late every day, she has been on the short end of the stick more times than she can count and aims to never put someone else in that position. Broken promises, even from friends, hurt, so she always makes sure to show up when she is expected, and sometimes when unexpected just for fun.When she can, she will stay late to help clean up after parties and when hiking she leaves the trails better than when she found them.

Dayneshia’s human, just like the rest of us, so when she does break a promise or show up late you know she will take accountability. When working with her partners at her law firm knows when she’s made a mistake and isn’t afraid to admit it and learn from it. After a long day at work, she loves to come home, feed her dog Maxie, then cuddle with her on the couch watching dramatic reality T.V. shows.
