Introducing
Organized Octavious
Octavious grew up in a clean home, a well organized home, but it wasn’t always a happy home. At thirteen he was placed into the foster care system where he was moved around unexpectedly for the remainder of his childhood. His belongings rarely saw the inside of a dresser or found their way onto a shelf. Instead they lived in trash bags laid on the floor on the side of his bed in a room shared by himself and at least a few other kids in the same situation as him. Once he was released from the system on his 18th birthday, he knew exactly how he did and did not want to live his life. From then on, all of his things had a place. His toothbrush and toothpaste were always in the same spot as he left them, and he would replace them before they got old and crusty. His clothing was always hung on a hanger, or neatly folded in a drawer, and he knew exactly when and where his plans were taking place well before they were to happen.
Although he knows he can’t foresee everything, he is optimistic for the future. He knows his goals and how to reach them while also helping others organize their lives when he can. When he’s not planning his next stay-cation or organizing his friends’ medicine cabinet, you can find him relaxing in a bubble bath listening to self-help podcasts.
